Lisa is the Executive Creative Director at Jones Knowles Ritchie and has over 20 years of creative industry experience. She most recently led the brand transformation of Burger King to help improve their quality and taste perception by using design to make the BK brand and the food even more craveable across the full brand experience.

She is the former ECD of Chobani, where she was responsible for the rebrand across design, packaging, digital, advertising, experiential, partnerships and innovation. There, Lisa put creativity at the heart of the business, transforming the brand, growing its product offering and increasing its customer loyalty, directly translating to top-line growth. 

Prior to Chobani Lisa was Head of Design at Wolff Olins NY, focused on creating striking, ground-breaking and commercially successful work including USA Today, Grubhub, Zocdoc and The Met. Lisa has been the recipient of seven One Show Awards, four Art Directors Club Awards, and Editors Choice at the Dieline Awards. She has received a Brand Impact Award in Culture for The Met, a Cannes Lions Silver and a Fast Company Innovation by Design Awards for the rebrand of USA Today, and several other awards for her outstanding work. 

In 2016 she was the foreman judge at D&AD professional awards for Graphic Design and has also spoken at DesignThinkers, Creative Summit, and . Her work has been featured in FastCo Design, Wired, Creative Review, Design Week, Adweek, Computer Arts, It’s Nice That, New York Times, and more.
