Jo’s a dynamic creative leader with over 20 years experience and an ambition to affect positive change through disruptive solutions. This vision has seen her win a plethora of creative awards, including a gold Cannes Lion in 2019.​ ​ Jo is a huge advocate for diversity and inclusion both inside and outside of advertising. 

She’s created and curated large thought-provoking exhibitions which gained wide-reaching organic PR coverage from Elle to The Independent. She’s also the founder and host of the popular non-profit event, Good Girls Eat Dinner which has one simple mission: to provide visible, kick-ass, female role-models across the creative industries and beyond. It’s the best dinner party you’ll ever go to and has over 7,000 Instagram followers.​ ​

Alongside awards Jo has proudly collected various accolades including Young Creative Council’s Badass Gal, Pitch Magazine Superwoman, 40 Over Forty list, and HERoes Top 100 Role Model Women Executives.​ ​ She frequently judges awards and regularly speaks at events and conferences, such as SheSays, Creative Equals, and WOW (Women of the World festival).

She’s also often invited to share opinions on live radio shows and podcasts, such as Monocle Radio, BBC London Radio, the Ricky Richards podcast and BadAss Women’s Hour.
