Since 2008 Matt has been a Creative Director at McCann London, looking after many brands including the global Chivas Whisky account, both Premier Foods and the Cereal Partners portfolios and formally The MasterCard UK ‘Priceless’ campaign.

Over the past 21 years, Matt has been lucky enough to be awarded at Cannes, D&AD, Campaign Big Awards, The One Show, The Webby Awards, Eurobest, London International Advertising Awards and the New York Festivals / Midas Awards and the IPA effectiveness awards.

Matt has sat on the judging panels of numerous industry awards including D&AD for both ‘Writing for Advertising’ + ‘Radio’ categories, The Campaign Big Awards and The ANNA’s.

Outside the agency life, Matt is also a keen photographer. His latest project ‘16th Century Tube Passengers’ was awarded at The 2017 Global Lens Culture Street Photography Awards, and exhibited at the SF Camerawork Gallery in San Francisco, in November 2017. 

The project has appeared in numerous articles in titles such as The Telegraph Newspaper,, Newsweek, Huffington Post, Mashable, lost at e-minor and The Guardian Newspaper.

The Chip Shop Awards. The ‘anything goes’ awards. The awards that democratically celebrate ‘idea’ in its purest form. Greatness is taken with a large pinch of salt. I’m in!"
