How to enter

It’s an easy three step process to enter the Chip Shop Awards.

1. Ensure that your entries conform to both the format requested and to the rules stated
in this entry form.

2. Become a Chip Shop Awards Member

• Register at www.chipshopawards.com
• Follow the entry process, uploading the electronic versions of your entries.

Please note: one advert is classed as one entry unless it is being entered into the Campaign Category. Therefore each advert is priced at £85 + VAT and must be entered as separate entries

• Your individual entries can be amended up to the point where you submit and pay.
• Submit your entries and pay online.
• Your entries are then transferred to ‘my account’.
• Go to ‘My Account’ and print the individual entry form and attach this loosely (do not glue) to the back of your boards.

3. Send mounted artwork

• Mounted artwork must be sent for all non digital/tv entries.
• Complete your summary entry and send this with your boards to Chip Shop Awards, 4th Floor Mercat building, 26 Gallowgate, Glasgow, G1 5AB.


If you wish to pay by cheque follow the procedure 2. at www.chipshopawards.com but do not submit the entries, keep them in your basked. Complete an individual entry form for each submission (photocopies are accepted) and attach loosely to the entry boards.

• Send these to Chip Shop Awards, 4th Floor Mercat building, 26 Gallowgate, Glasgow, G1 5AB. On receipt of payment your online account will be updated as paid.

Cost to enter is £85 (£99.88 inc vat) per entry unless you’re a full time student then it’s £50 (£58.75 inc vat) per entry. International entries must be paid in Pound Sterling.  Click here for a currency converter

Please make cheques payable to Carnyx Group Ltd. Payments can also be made by credit card but please note that we do not accept American Express or Diners Club.
