James has spent the last 16 years peddling his wares at various agencies, including LIDA, Ogilvy One, Digitas and Modem Media.
He began his career writing copy about database automations and enterprise rack servers. Since then, he has gone on to create award-winning campaigns for slightly more tangible things, for brands such as O2, Kodak, Intel, NSPCC, NiQuitin, Lloyds TSB and many more.
Last year he re-joined MRM Meteorite as Creative Director, looking after the creative output for all their clients, including: Vauxhall, Cisco, TSB, Tommee Tippee, easyJet and the Direct Line Group.
He divides his spare time between being regularly outwitted by his two-year-old daughter, gawking at Netflix, and convincing himself he’s an above-average songwriter. Which he almost probably might be.
"I love advertising that actually works. So I’m looking for ideas that scream: ‘you’re an idiot if you don’t buy me’. Also, anything that makes me want to dig out my Profanisaurus."
